Woodbury Elementary School holds a character assembly each month that focuses on a specific character trait, celebrates successes around the school, and emphasizes the importance that every student and staff at the school is part of the Woodbury Elementary community.

Students from across District 833 participate in the month’s events, and this year the message was, “The End of Bullying Begins with You.”

East Ridge High School's fall musical is Into the Woods, Park High School’s fall play is The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940, and Woodbury High School's fall musical is Curtains.

Students and staff members from several of District 833’s elementary schools have been visiting the Bailey School Forest Park in Newport this month.

Park High School students, staff members, alumni, and community members celebrated the school's 100th anniversary the weekend of Oct. 10-11.

Community members are asked to complete a brief survey regarding the Long Range Facility Planning options by Oct. 28.

East Ridge High School’s junior quarterback Seth Green has committed to playing football for the University of Oregon.

The School Board approved process for developing a Long Range Facility Plan consists of a plan development phase, a feedback phase and a decision making phase.

The combined choirs of East Ridge, Park and Woodbury high schools will present the 27th annual MasterWorks Concert on Monday, Oct. 13, at 7:30 p.m.
